Common questions
How many questions are in the Life in the UK test?
There are 24 multiple-choice questions and you have 45 minutes to answer them. Some questions ask you to choose two answers, and some are true or false.
What is the pass mark?
You need at least 18 correct answers out of 24, which is 75%.
Where do the questions come from?
Every question in the real test is based on the official handbook, Life in the United Kingdom: A Guide for New Residents (3rd edition). Our practice questions are written by us from the same topics.
Is this the official test?
No. Pass24 is an independent practice site. You must book and take the real test at an approved test centre through GOV.UK.
